Dear Students,
Students who will take a vocational practice course in the spring semester must have their documents signed and submitted to the Dean's Internship Unit, Yücel Toprak, until September 15, 2023.
It will be possible to sign the documents in the department, by sending them online via e-mail to fatihsert@sakarya.edu.tr between 4-8 September 2023 and to have them signed by hand between 4-15 September 2023.
Some points to be considered regarding the document preparation process are listed below:
- Having the professional practice acceptance form signed first by the enterprise and then by the department,
- Having a signed copy of the contract in the possession of the student,
- Issuance of the responsibility statement by printing it out and with a wet signature,
- Preparation of ID and student certificate photocopies,
- Passport photograph must be attached to the Evaluation Form and then submitted to the department signature.
