Department Mission:
Carry out high quality scientific studies related to work life, make necessary technical assistance to the relevant ministries of the Republic of Turkey, to educate “Labour Economists” and “Social Politicians” who can understand the dynamics of working life and can also plan measures to increase the productivity and competitiveness of the workplace as well as policies to ensure the welfare and well-being of society.
